Best part of the week: There were a couple of highlights this week. The first happened on the weekend when I went into Sitka and saw my basket of slipper socks sitting right at front with each pair sporting a stylish security tag!!! The. Coolest. Another great moment was going to see Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them. Iβd give the movie a 6 out of 10. But the company I was with and the Harry Potter-esque themes made it a fun night and definitely a highlight of the week. I also got a space heater at work and I am so freakin stoked. Itβs been cold in the office since I started back in April but now we can finally warm our desks and I can wear fewer than 16 layers!
Worst part of the week: I had a meltdown on Monday night. I blamed it on Gilmore Girls but that was just what gave me permission to start. And once I started I just kept going. At one point my sister said we should be recording our FaceTime conversation to send to Ellen. It was that good.
Something Iβm grateful for: Toothbrushes. I accidentally fell asleep before brushing my teeth one night this week (I basically passed out after my meltdown) and when I woke up I felt nasty. So thank you toothbrush for always being there for me.
Something Iβm excited for: This weekend I intend to spend as much time by myself as possible. Iβve had lots of people around lately and weβre entering the time of year when lots of people are always around. Iβm not complaining at all, I love all the people Iβm spending time with but I am very excited for a quiet weekend crafting, photographing, cleaning, and decorating.
613) On a scale of 1-10 how polite would you say you are? Iβd say it depends on who Iβm around. Iβm Canadian so Iβve got the βsorryβ part down and I always (try to) remember to say βpleaseβ and βthank youβ but I lose points when it comes to ladylike politenessβ¦ I can out burp pretty much everyone I know and Iβm usually not too shy about it. So thereβs that. But overall Iβd say Iβm quite polite and would give myself an 8.
Happy December everybody! The Christmas countdown is officially on and I can hardly wait!
