Who doesn't love instant noodles?! They are cheap and fast but really not that great for you... Fear not my friends! You can still enjoy this cheap and quick food AND be healthy! All you need are some thin, quick cooking noodles, carrots, peas, green onions, chicken stalk and boiling water! I put all the little bits, including the bouillon cube, in the bottom and added the noodles when I was ready to eat it. For the left over jars, I put all the fixins in the jar except for the noodles and put them in the fridge.
This is a perfect lunch to make the night before that you can just grab in the morning and take with you! Let me know if you have any other suggestions to add or if you try these!
