I don't think I could make this any simpler if I tried...
- pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 tbsp butter
- salt to taste
- Preheat oven to 300F
- Toss seeds in butter and salt
- Place in the oven. Mine only needed 15-20 minutes but our oven is ridiculously hot, so yours might need more time.
- Let cool, dig in!
This recipe is a great starting point and makes tasty, crunchy, popcorn-y tasting seeds. BUT if you want to add a bit more flavour, I suggest experimenting with different seasonings or toppings to add a bit more of a kick!
