This time of year is full of outings that all require different levels of dress.  While some Christmas parties are usually casual, others require a more formal look.  Those are the outings I fear.  The ones where I have to put on more makeup than usual and look all sparkly.  Just in case there are other people out there who feel the same way, I thought I'd put together two possible outfit that allows you to stay comfortable while at the same meeting the dress requirements.

The first outfit is super casual.  It would be great for a quiet Christmas party with friends or even just for hanging out and making gingerbread houses.  (I just made the winter crown using wire and some left over berries and branches from the wreath I made on the weekend) Sweater//Urban Behaviour (3 years ago) Jeans//American Eagle

The second outfit is still pretty casual but definitely has a more formal feel to it.  To go with the fancier clothes, I added a flick of eyeliner and meant to add a bit of colour to my lips, but as it is something that I never do, I completely forgot to... Sweater//Marshals Jeans//American Eagle Necklace//Forever21

How do you dress for Christmas parties?  Do you quiver with fear when you hear that you'll be required to "dress up" for a Christmas party or do you whip out your favourite gown and heels, full of excitement?  Let me know!
