(The Easiest) Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

I don't think I could make this any simpler if I tried...

Ingredients:

  • pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp butter
  • salt to taste

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 300F
  2. Toss seeds in butter and salt
  3. Place in the oven.  Mine only needed 15-20 minutes but our oven is ridiculously hot, so yours might need more time.
  4. Let cool, dig in!

This recipe is a great starting point and makes tasty, crunchy, popcorn-y tasting seeds.  BUT if you want to add a bit more flavour, I suggest experimenting with different seasonings or toppings to add a bit more of a kick!
