DIY Driftwood Picture Frame

Hello! I'm super stoked to be back at DIY-ing and am excited that this is the first one I'm sharing since BEING DONE SCHOOL!!! I was out and about and saw these cute picture frames at HomeSense that were 15 dollars.  I knew I could make one for a fraction of the cost, so I did! I love how it completes the bookshelf in the dining area and how simple it was to make.  This would be a perfect piece for getting a room summer ready, or for a mother's day gift!

Materials

  • small pieces of driftwood
  • picture frame (I got mine from the dollar store for 2 bucks - the only thing I had to buy)
  • hot glue gun

Instructions

  1. Arrange the driftwood around the frame - I suggest doing this before gluing so you know your pieces will fit.
  2. Glue them in place and you're done! Simple as that!
